01. ARE APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED?

Yes! Here at Love Bird, we are a by appointment only boutique, so that our brides can enjoy dress shopping in a private and relaxed environment.

02. WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

All good - You can cancel online up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. Please know, because we reserve the boutique for your appointment, if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If you no-show your appointment or cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee. We often have a waitlist with brides, so please let us know if you cannot make it, and we are happy to help you reschedule!

03. HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO TRY ON DRESSES?

First time bridal appointments are 90 minutes long. We find this is enough time for you to try on all different styles, and narrow it down to your favorite! Second appointments are also available and are 60 minutes long. Please keep in mind we do have appointments back to back.

04. WHO SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Bring your best entourage! We find the experience to be the most memorable when the bride has their crew there for support. For space reasons, we kindly ask you to bring no more than 4 guests. It’s also completely fine to come to an appointment yourself! 

05. WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

You may be surprised to hear this, but leave the strapless bra and heels at home - for your first appointment they are really not necessary. (Remember, cups will be sewn into your dress!) If you have inspo photos of the look you’re going for, we are all eyes and ears…but want to know the the number one thing to bring? An open mind! You’d be surprised how often a bride ends up loving a dress they never thought they’d wear.

06. WHAT IS THE PRICE POINT OF YOUR GOWNS?

Our bridal gowns range from $2200-$4500, with most falling between $2750-$3250. If our gown price range is not in your budget or you are on an extra tight timeline, please contact us regarding available off-the-rack sample gowns.

07. HOW LONG WILL MY DRESS TAKE?

Our gowns typically arrive 5 to 8 months from order date. Rush options are usually available, so please don’t hesitate to book with us even if you are on a shorter timeline!

08. WHAT ABOUT ALTERATIONS?

Your gown will be made for you in the size closest to your measurements, but in order to get that perfect fit - that’s where alterations come in! Luckily, we know some pretty amazing and highly skilled seamstresses and are happy to pass along their contact info.
